2. Technical Issues / Duplicate Payments: If you experience a technical error or your payment was processed twice, please contact our support team within 3 business days of the transaction.
3. Refund Eligibility (if applicable): In rare cases such as system failure or incorrect billing, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Trading Gyan.
